Shadow Flare needs a new effect.

And here I thought this would be a thread about Shadowflare's lame spell effect. Anyways I still think Shadowflare could use a significant cast time reduction if not instant cast.

I really don't get it, why a bard can go planting his aoe without a cast time while we rely on a swiftcast cd. But that thought also applies to DoT's as well.

Biggest issue with that is the fact BRDs cant keep fire arrow up 24/7 like Shadowflare. That's why they get instant cast, theres periods of time (30 seconds i believe?) where they cant use it at all.
