first, we have to thank Denmo who organized the event. We just pick one server and all go there and make a lala char. my is this super emo always looks sad onion hair lala.

June 22, 2013, we had the 1st grand lala march. we all started @ uldah, walked around. back to Uldah + jumping around. Then, march again and arrived gridania.

gathering. due to the char limitation, you can only see tiny group. but the line was looping around.


all lv1 lala just walk around and clean all the FATE on the road. NO LAG!

The 2nd most fun thing is jumping the cliff XD there was a genius said "Lala-Fall"... It's so much fun you just keep hearing tump tump tump lala fall to the ground sound, and endless lalas jumping down.


on the 2nd grand lala march @ LL, we decided all the lv1 lala just go kill that Cancer. LOTS lala died. we just respawn then go punch it again. I think in the end we won... I don't know how XD

Note: on the LL march, I lved it a little so it has that special gears can separated me out from other RSE lala

Comment: This screenshot is currently my most favorite memory even if it didn't happen that long ago. I used to be on a server where I didn't have any friends and I was mostly alone. Part of that was my own fault due to the fact that I left the game for a while but that didn't make it less lonely. Through these forums I was able to make a few friends. Most were on Balmung. They decided to keep pestering me to transfer; knowing I didn't really have that much of a reason not to. Transferring was the BEST decision I've ever made in this game. I not only have made some really great friends but the server itself is just more fun! To me this screenshot shows the community on Balmung and really the joy we have in playing and just having fun. Because, to me, community is my best memory and the best part of this game.

This is not an entry thread. Entries here do not count. This is a discussion thread, where people can ask questions about the competition and discuss their entries.

And those wishing to "test" a post should do so using the preview post function in "Go Advanced", not actually submitting the post.

It says in the very first post here that this is where people can practice submitting their entries, which is what I did. I did preview my post first but it didn't quite look right. It looks different in the preview than it does when it posts to the actual thread. So it's ok that people are doing that. I think most of us just want to make sure it's going to work when we go to make our real entries.

Actually I was trying to be helpful.

People were submitting actual attempts here and not submitting them in the entry thread, mixing the two threads up. I think seeing test posts in here exacerbated that issue.

Others were having trouble figuring out how the forum systems work, posted repeated failed tests, which is easier to assess using the preview function, there they can play around with things and immediately see the effects on the same page (I wasn't familiar with any significant difference between preview and real).

At no point did I state anything was a rule other than the fact that submissions don't count here, which they don't.

But, in the end it doesn't matter. People will do what they will do. I tried and that's all I could do.
