    Figured I might as well post my other considerations here...

    Silver Sovereign Fishing...
    I have spent quite a bit of time fishing in this game. There isn't any other activity (that I've done yet) with such a vast chasm between the emotional pitfalls and moments of sheer joy.



    On this last pic... The fish "were detecting something amiss" in the entire Oschon's Torch area... so I had to go fish somewhere else. You can't tell by the pic, but I'm super irritated.

    Dune Fishing
    I really enjoy the surreal aspect of Dune and Sky Fishing. Of special note, shortly after taking these pics, a heatwave started in Southern Thanalan and I was able to catch the last Olgoi I needed for my Supra... NQ of course.




    This is one of my favorite pics from story CS.

    When I decided to change my chocobo's color, I sat down and looked at a chart to plan out his progression. I fed him accordingly for 3 irl days... and on the final step he DID NOT turn the color I wanted. I tried to troubleshoot it by feeding him the opposite fruit to go back a few steps, then varying it up a bit... but still didn't get the result I wanted. So out of frustration I fed him random fruit for 2 irl days and eventually got this color that I could live with. Also, I had been putting off leveling GLD until I got my bird back...

    I took this pic shortly after my sister and I finished our 14 day trial. We had decided to go Maelstrom and took up all the local crafts in Limsa.



    I was on my way to mine mythril ore at night in Southern Thanalan. The moonlight was casting these creepy shadows on the ground and I couldn't resist snapping a pic.



    I had been fishing in Costa del Sol, then my friend signed us up in the DF, and I decided to get some crafting done while waiting... only I didn't change position.
