When I came back to play in Realm Reborn the world was quite similar to what it had once been... until going North. Don't get me wrong, I love snow, but what awaited me in this once sprawling region was primarily ice, ruins and desolation. Only on clear days, when I come back to sightsee and search for some semblance of what used to be, does the current Reborn Realm really strike me for what it is and what happened in my absence. Negative as that may seem there is still an ever-present feeling of awe and beauty in this now-frozen land. As such, Coerthas has set to my mind to bittersweet memories.

... And in the same zone now lead us Heavensward.

My long time friend had been playing ARR for awhile but was taking a break from it. He begged me to "come back" with him and I was hooked! I've had a lot of fun screenshots (Thancred, I'm looking at you...) but I think this one's my favorite. I had SO much fun with the Hildy quest line. I can't wait to see where he lands next!
