So according to you a good game is one that comes with cheat codes where you can choose to skip any part of it any time you want??

You get out of the game what you put into it.

On matters of economy and possible monopolies you might have a point because that actually effects other peoples play.

Teleports and inst-airship OPTIONS do not. Stop putting words in other people's mouths.
