What do you think about replacement some class skill with job skill in high level?

In WoW, some low level skills can change to new skill with different effect in high level by changing spec, choosing talent or using glyph. If FFXIV replacing old class skills with job skills in high level, I think it will make more different between class and job (ex. replacing old summon with new summon like SMN, SCH but using this to other class skill too). Moreover, It can use for develop branch job in future such as branching Geomancer from CNJ to be DPS/Support similar to Machinist by replacing some healing skill to area-buff like colures and luopans in FFXI GEO or branching tank class to be DPS by remove enmity generation from class skill with new job skill.

It seems that developers chose adding more jobs rathen than letting classes diverse to have more purposses on high levels. I think that both ways are good so I am not really for changing that.
