3.0 Launch Predictions

So, here's a fun idea: Predictions and inevitabilities due for the first few weeks of 3.0
Please keep in mind that, unless I give a time indication, I anticipate all of this happening simultaneously.
Also please post your own! Let's make this fun...ish :P
1) Server congestion: The servers WILL be flooded to hell, no matter what SE does.
2) Forum complaints about everything else on this list: Goes without saying.
2a) "Requests" for more of something
2b) "Requests" for less of the same thing (I'm cheating here since this'll happen anyway)
3) People playing DRK and expecting to be DPS
4) Players leaving groups if they see DRKs because of #3
5) LOLDRG stigma will have the last letter changed.
6) AST played as DPS
7) AST not doing DPS
8) MCH is the new BRD
9) MCH DPS is too high and HERE'S PROOF!
10) MCH DPS is too low and HERE'S PROOF!
11) One job, or all three, will be "too powerful" or "underpowered."
12) New abilities will make X class the new flavor of the month, while Y class becomes underpowered.
13) iLevels will go up, but too fast for some and not fast enough for others.
14) Some will finish everything in 2 weeks, and complain about nothing to do.
15) Alexander will be too easy
16) Alexander will be too hard. At the same time.
17) Players will call for a "rollback to pre-3.0" within 2 weeks of the expansion's launch, and will continue this call until they ultimately quit the game.
18) Players who don't buy the expansion will complain about having nothing to do.
19) Au Ra invasion, followed by a sudden spike in Fantasia sales.
20) Each "run" of Alexander will be conquered within three days of launch.
21) Someone will hit lvl 60 within 8 hours of the expansion's launch.
22) A lvl 60 AST, MCH, and DRK will be present for each server before the early start period is over.

People will complain about flying no doubt, just like they did in WoW (and then complained when they restricted it in the latest expac!).

Too bad number 20 won't be happening... Since Alexander will be opened 2 weeks after launch.

I predict:

-Every DF group is going to have at least one of the new jobs participating.
-Everyone's going to be an Au Ra for the first week.
-I'm going to hit on the Auri women, and every one of them are going to have boyfriends (gods damn it)
-I'm going to love AST, period.
-I'm going to love DRK, period.
-I'm going to love MCH, period.
-WHMs are getting STONE III, CURE IV, HOLYGA, AND -- I"m just kidding, it's going to be something way out of left field.

Error 3102 - Electric Boogaloo.

If we don't see a plethora of log in errors and millions of threads demanding a refund and days of free subscription for losing 2 hours of their early access to them, I will be amazed.

As far as content goes, I suspect we'll see bitchin' that Free Company Airships are effectively just glorified Retainer Ventures, despite the fact that they've been fairly clear that the meat of that content will be in 3.1.

Oh, and Batman quotes. Batman quotes everywhere. I'm especially looking forward to making a Dark Knight rage... Ah yes, I was wondering what would break first...

I am thankful that the new Jobs won't be maxed for new dungeons. Otherwise it would be bad.. really bad.

My Predictions:
- Bad DRK tanks (I am born to weild a 2Hand sword type)
- DPS waiting time increase.
- Healers will be back to be the usual 'Adventurers in Need'. due the frenzy over DRK & MCH.
- Least played new job will be Astrologian.
- 60% will be using the new hairstyles and switching 3 times a day.
- Low level dungeons +Lv.30 will have at least 2 out of 4 (DRK/AST/MCH).
- Old set of dungeons will be re-leveled.
- SE holds a surprise for us.
- Several Maintenance due crush of servers.
- RMTs RMTs loads loads of them.

Prediction based on what's been revealed so far:
-Countless threads about how SE messed up various things like story, story progression, locking content behind story ultimately ruining any expansion content appeal for newcomers and old returners alike.
-A sizable amount of players will quit after the first month is up as above isn't changed.
-An even larger amount of players will quit after the second month as above still isn't changed.

-AST MP management is OP/as good as SCH, please buff WHM
-WHM MP management is still horrible, please buff WHM
-SCH MP management is OP, please buff WHM
I don't agree with this as WHM mp management with enough piety in current content is amazingly good but it wont stop people from ever not complaining about it.

issues with quests on the starting 3.0 zone.

ppl coming back and crying that they need to do MSQ in order to go Heavensward

People will demand 2.X back, claiming that the game was deeper and more meaningful back then.

Meanwhile, the 1.X veterans will give them scornful looks.

People getting upset that the new animations for lvl 3 LB is just that, new animations.
People requesting better animations for said lvl 3 LB animations
Complaining that DRG is the "new favorite class" of Heavensward due to most likely much DRG action in the story (which makes a lot of sense, obvious Ishagard land of that which is pointy stick)
The era of LOLDRK
I'm gonna say DD may be the Adventurer in need for a bit due to more excitement I've seen for AST/DRK, albeit if only a few hrs to days
