Trust me, you are not alone. I'd love to shove Gae Bolg up Lolorito's a$$ and watch him scream in agony. And whilst he is doing that change to good ole Dark Knight and lop off Ilberd's arms, yes plural. Matter of fact lets make him a quad shall we so he can lie in his own fecal matter. As for the rest of the actual traitors a 50 foot long razor blade slide into... hmmm... acid.
umm thats kinda disturbing :P ur not jigsaw by any chance are you O....O''''''
I found OP..

Though I would also like to see justice, will be exciting to see what they do with the story - hope that one person in jail busts out and has another epic fight scene.

<.< this sums up how I feel.
I am planning to skin all the lalafell in Ul'dah with a butter knife then chop them up, while they are still alive and feed them to the beastmen of the lands
If the story is any good, you won't get your revenge
this game loves to make you sit in the corner for most cutscenes, i doubt we will get the fun of killing those guys ourselves but rather be resigned to the kids table while the NPC'S have all the fun
Remember the pathetic prop we became in those certain cutscenes?... Remember how our character has no personality and practically not even a voice?
Nah, revenge isn't gonna happen. Not in any satisfactory way, anyhow.
I must admit that it is a huge success for storywriting developers, because they made everyone angry... which is good.![]()
After the last patch I yell "Traitors!" and "Cowards!" at some people that are in Maelstrom or Twin Adders in my FC >.>
And when I see someone that says "OMG that lalla is so cute! *_*" I just reply "Don't let the appearance deceive you! Kill it with fire!".
I must admit that I never liked them, because every lalla that I met was a tiny little bag of meanness. Before the last patch I wanted to give them a chance but now there's no going back.
But if they would have acted then, then there wouldn't be just a civil war in Ul'dah. Limsa and Gridania would've been drug into it, as well. And the last thing Eorzea needs is the three main city-states warring with each other. As for the leaders of Gridania and Limsa Lominsa I could do worse than tying them up to a stake in the center of the their respective capitals and setting it on fire so they could watch the flames slowly work towards them. I do not abide cowardice. The only one that had an excuse was Aymeric. His situation turned out to be real.
So I understand -why- Merlwyb (and Kan-E-Senna, but who cares about her) made the decision they did. At the end of the day, I even agree with it. Doesn't change the fact that the next time my character meets the Admiral in the story, the first words out of her mouth better be a gods damned apology.
