    Please adjust the drop rates or return value for Triple Triad Cards



    We can't trade cards with others so doubles is pointless.
    We have limits on cards we can use so "powering up" after a 60 is pointless.

    The cost of Gold Triad Card packs is 2160

    I just spent 172,800 MGP in an attempt to get a single card without success.

    Do I think cards should be handed to players? No, but either the rare rates need to be increased or the return value on the cards needs to be increased.

    For gold packs the majority of the time you will get 10 MGP back for a 2160 MGP investment. That's 0.46% return for your cards. I think an acceptable return would be about 10% considering again that WE CAN'T TRADE THESE CARDS WITH ANYONE AND THEY SERVE NO OTHER PURPOSE THAN TO BE A MGP SINK!

    MGP sinks are fine but this is abysmal and disheartening for Triple Triad enthusiasts who really want to complete the sets. It shouldn't require the same amount of effort to buy Cloud to get the cards we want from Packs and Dungeons.



    Edit: Another potential idea is a card trade counter either with NPCs or PCs but though NPCs. Example. I got a warrior of light in that screenshot but I already have one. Thus it is worthless to me aside from 600 MGP (27% of the pack value...) I could take it to this trade counter and list it up with what I hope to get for it (Zidane). Make it require cards of the same rarity level. IE Plat background card for plat background card. 5 star normal for 5 star normal etc etc.

    To second this, please adjust drop rates on NPC's as well.

    I have beaten Tataru some 500 - 600 times now, and not a single speck of my Lightning card. This is getting beyond ridiculous. There's also the guy who did like 1000 runs of Dragon's Neck for his Terra card.

    I get that it's RNG, and it's supposed to be 5*, but there needs to be a cap on the acquisition of these cards as well.

    The RNG in this game is absolute trash. People who don't care end up getting it on their first try, and people who want to play the game get shafted with bad luck. And I hear people say "it makes the grind more enjoyable when you finish". That is absolute bullshit. The only feeling you get after being shafted and having to do 10x more runs then the average person is frustration and anger, and questioning why you even play this game. And then to have the gall to make tournaments that depend on the quality of your cards.

    if every 1 star or 2 star card gives 20 times of their points you could nearly double the amount of mgp earned from the garlean per hour

    i think thats way too much

    Then they could change it so only the cards from the packs themselves are worth more on return. The RNG and MGP sink is way over tuned for these boosters. If I bought 80 TCG packs in real life, I'd have better odds of getting the single card I wanted and relative trade in value that would at least equate to half the cost of the packs.

    Gold pack should be around 1000 MGP, not more than 2000. That would be quite fair.

    A friend of mine got the Terra card on her very first run of Dragon's Neck, without knowing the place dropped a card. I only did a couple of farm groups where nobody seemed to get the card before I called it quits.

    I'm all for the drop rates being adjusted or the card value being increased. I got two Shivas in a row from two tournament reward platinum packs, which meant I essentially got a Shiva and 200 MGP which isn't enough for anything given that a bronze pack costs 2.5 times that. A platinum rarity card should at least be worth the price of a bronze pack card. It's even worse for some of the other cards that are rare drops from early dungeons. And there's nothing worse than getting a bronze card as a drop from something, because they're not even worth the trip over to the card counter to sell.....

    I'm personally fond of the OP's edited in idea of an actual exchange counter where we can trade in a few old cards we don't need for a card we actually want, with the amount we need based on the rarity of the cards we trade in.....
