WHM HoT stacking just makes for ridiculous overheal, whereas stacking Galvanize effects would be nothing less than ridiculously powerful...hence what pretty much everyone has been saying about WHM+SCH being a great combo.If I am baiting someone then how come white mages can stack with all their spells and SE purposely gimps scholars from being able to sync with each other. Itleast let scholars have a bonus boost to the potency of our pure heal side if we cast a spell on a person that has a galv shield from another scholar. It is silly stupid that duty finder will even let two scholars be in same group.
I agree to your point basically, theres a really high potential for overheal, but stacking regens on tanks is very powerful and I can see why SCH can be jelly some times.
@OP:
In terms of guides I prefer watching at least 2 or 3 different ones, as some use different strats and where made with different group compositions.
Some guides where made when the content was launched, some a little later with more up to date gearing.
You don't have to be more afraid to first-time something on WHM than on a DPS class, most of the time.
Just don't get to 50, skip every other content and start queuing EX Primals and coils. Of course, get basic practice of the class first![]()
