I definitely wish they'd let us trade Gerolt Masterworks for seals already. Tired of these ugly outdated gear pieces.
Or, well, at least i120-something. But yeah, this - think about it, one can easily have an average ilevel now that is more than double of the actual level cap that we can start working for in about six weeks. It's bloody insane, imo. And let's not forget - it's unnecessary, it's way too OP for basically everything except the top-tier raid (which so many players simply don't do).
And in contrast, all the top-tier gear becomes obsolete way too fast, with the update cycle they keep sticking to (even though it's pretty much admittedly a strain on them too). Yet on the other hand, blatantly obvious arbitrary walls are kept in place to prevent us from progressing ahead. And guess what, I never see anything else than either tomestone or Coil gear on everyone on their main - dungeon/primal drops, while sometimes show up in glamours, are pretty much completely irrelevant.
I don't even understand the need to introduce new tomestones time and time again, to be honest. They could as well just keep the current ones and adjust how much duties drop and how much things cost - that's the only purpose it serves, and it could easily be explained away by lore (inflation, depletion of sources, etc).

They aren't capping to prevent players from gearing more than 2-3 jobs, they are capping it to keep the players that ONLY play 2-3 jobs subscribed.
Let us turn in Leviathan and Ramuh gear for seals.
Also...fix the screw up you did when you adjusted Chocobo Raicing....players stamina now drains faster, but you forgot to adjust then NPC stamina.
Increase the drop rate for Zodiac dungeon items. /grovel
They should unlock Poetics. The hardcore players are already capped or close to capped (i130) from running FCoB each day. The casuals won't cap all jobs to i130 by HW via Poetics. They are also limited to 1 upgrade item a week.
The mid-core players will be busy doing FCoB and Poetics spam.
