    I'm thinking the Draw Out skill in FFT would allow Samurai to have some serious potential in tanking. Wether it be status ailments (blind, silence, paralyze, etc.), healing skills or defense arts.

    We have Warrior, the no magic tank. Paladin, sword and shield user armored by faith, Dark Knight, someone willing to be condemned to take down the truly wicked. Then we could have Samurai, a highly skilled warrior from the east that uses the spirits in his/her sword to defend the land of his/her lord (or maybe with the fall of Doma, they no longer have one and strive to find new purpose).

    Oh man.. A Seven Samurai storyline would be really epic. You as a young Samurai along with six others, go to protect a village from... The Garleans!
