I've never really understood why people buy things like collector editions. You still get the same game as the regular game, except you get a few in game bonuses that usually don't amount to much. I mean, I guess if you are a "collector" then it makes sense, but still though.... :P

I can't speak for others, but the main selling point for me is the included Fantasia potion. Barring some fantasia price reduction, I'm either going to be paying (with discounts) 40 for the standard and fantasia combined, or 45 for the CE, so I don't really mind the 5 dollar difference for a mount/minion/helm that I may or may not use in the future. I understand the lure of the physical CE as well and if I had gotten more use out of my ARR CE, and if I weren't funneling every dime into a computer build, I'd be trying to justify that purchase as well.
