What new race would you like?

I'd take Vieras, XII's/Tactics Advance take on Moogles (Lala sized with fur, a pom pom, and mini wings) , or a feathered race.

Something that didn't get knocked up by a Hyur? The concept arts SE released (even Vierra) were actually unique feeling.

If we can't have something that is 'different' (and personally I'd like to play a bulky beast influenced race, like early concept released recently even Au Ra) then perhaps a way to have hybrid races- then we can (sort of) ignore parts of the race we dont like (for example, skinny waisted Au Ra).

I would love to see more totally original races for XIV. Like maybe a race of insect-like humanoids with different types of wings, like dragonfly wings or scarab beetle wings.
For the moment though, I'm happy with Au Ra.

An actual beast race; presumably one that's small and cute. Instead of a human with a few animal-like accessories.

Well, most MMORPGs follows the same formulars:

- Human/Hyaran (The standard race! No MMO without Humans)
- Highelf/Elezen/Newman (The elf race! Pretty common in most MMOs)
- Baraka/Roegadyn/Orc (The big race! Muscular males, ugly females)
- Elin/Lalafell/Dwarf (The tiny race! Mostly cute (female) characters)
- Castanic/Miqote (The porn race! The less you wear, the better it looks)
- Aman/Argonian/Au Ra (The evil race! Horns and glowing eyes)


I would say, it would be awesome to play as a Lamia (females only!).



Half human, half snake. But in fact that this race have no feet, it would be to hard to implement and the character would be extremely long because of its tail -_-

But now we have the Au Ras and I m ok with them. I would totally love to see a Hybrid between Lamias and Au Ras (Au Mia), but thats a bit too special I guess xD
