Mute Option/Blacklist during Instances

I just got out of a World of Darkness run (and we all know how those go) with a few people who completely ruined the run with their performance and what they were saying in alliance chat.

I can ignore how they play, but it's a lot harder to ignore the chat, particularly when other people are friendly or are giving good tips and information.

With that in mind, I'd like to ask that a mute or ignore option be added, so you can't see what they say anymore; alternatively, simply allowing us to blacklist players during an instance would do the same thing.

Oh, you are opening wounds. Sometimes I just want to black list few spammers and haters. Please introduce a 60 minute mute. That would be a bliss.

Even sometimes in open world, some people spam /hug or /blow kiss like crazy I blacklist them for sake of following a chat trend. a 60 minute mute will auto unblock them after a while.
