    PVP Bard/Archer

    Hello guys!

    I'm aware of bard/arc damage penalty based on the distance from him to the target.
    But was wondering... This penalty affects DOT potency? Or just base action damage? And what about other classes actions (like fracture and Mercy Stroke)? Its affected for dmg penalty too?

    I don't know for sure, but the damage for dots is generally set at the time you apply them. If you have raging up with 3 seconds left and you use a dot, that dot will have the +20% damage for its entire duration.

    If I had to guess, the damage penalty likely does apply to dots and works in this way.
