Looking for the owner of the character "Vlad Dracul"

Greetings fellow Eorzeans,

I would like to change my name to Vlad Dracul, however that name has been in use since I created my character, making me choose a different name. I checked who that character was and found out it's a level 1 character, which clearly is not being used. I contacted Square Enix and they said it's against their terms to delete a character with no reason. So that's why I'm asking you, fellow eorzeans, if anyone knows the owner of this character so I can maybe ask this person to delete the character, since it isn't used, so I can change my name. If the real owner of the character reads this, please respond to this thread.

LOL just watch the owner call a gm for you outing their name up here like this I don't think it will end well for you. You could just work around it since Dracul means the dragon just change your last name to Thedragon.

What's the problem with that? It's not that the name is a secret, since it's in the Lodestone. I'm not making the owner reveal himself, I'm just asking, he will only if he wants to. I am also not asking for usernames, I just wanted to know the owner's main character so I can get in touch with him, since this character is clearly not in use. Thank you for your name suggestion, but if I cannot get the name I want, I think I'll stick with mine, since I am only willing to pay for the name I wanted since I created the character.

Typically people who don't play the game also won't be visiting the forum.
But it doesn't appear to be a name blocked out by SE so you may get lucky in finding the owner... Only they can grant your wish

I know it's a long shot that the owner will read this thread, that's why I'm also asking for people who might know this person. Are you saying that if I ask SE who the owner is, they will tell me? I don't think they will, since in the terms it says it is forbidden to reveal usernames. But thanks for the help anyway.

why not do what i did and put a ' at the end of your name, most people dont even see its there

Supposedly adding the ' in your name also makes it harder or impossible for rmt bots to spam your char

It also makes your name look ridiculous, so there's that.
