    PLD and WHM looking for help with T13

    Me and a WHM friend have reached a road block in trying to get T13 cleared WHM has been hitting their head in duty finder and I have been trying to fill T13 party's for the past month never seeing more than 4 people till others start to leave.

    My exp is up to first Ark morn in phase 4 and my friend has been to the storm of Meracidia.

    Looking for people on phase 3 or 4 who can help us get this down not looking for a carry and not looking to buy the win just need people who are serious about getting this down be they progressing or experience people.
