Dyeable Starter Gear?

If not dyeable versions then different color versions. (I know I don't want to bring up the XI reference but I will here.) It was something that we had in the previous game and would love to see it here. I would love to see either dyeable or different colored versions quested like they were in that game. We need more sidequests/adventures that give us this type of gear rather than just crafted or dropped gear.

Please make this a reality as this would further incentive to run these dungeons again. Also, I'm not sure if it was confirmed in the Live Letter XXI but will the Binding Coil of Bahamut be subject to the same standards as the dungeons in 2.0, wherein seven people of less can enter an instance?

I'm sure they have quite a detailed compendium of all the request and discussions that are on this forum. They just don't have the resources, or I'm assuming the clearance, to acknowledge every suggestion and bit of feedback that gets posted.
