    Dyeable Starter Gear?

As I was sitting around mucking at the few options of starter gear I had. I came to the realization that it would seem like we had a lot more variety if we were able to dye the starter gear. As the starter gear is somewhat aesthetically pleasing and would give more variety to those just starting out beyond the everyone looking the same.

can't dye it until lvl 15 when you can unlock dyeing through a quest, but doesn't mean I still wouldn't like it. Just means new players wouldn't be able to take advantage of it right away.

Yeah, SE should make them at least dyed to different shades. Also I would see more distinctive race attires.

I am using the Starter Vest for my Healer's set, I love the vest.

Starting gear is often used for glamors as well, so it makes sense to be able to dye them.

To clarify, are we speaking about the starter gear, as in the level 1 racial gear (in which case it's a bit moot point since you propably wear something else at the point where you unlock dyeing), or the job specific gear you get near 50? If the latter, it is possible to make them dyeable, to my understanding.

Starter Gear is your Default Level 1 "I'm replacing this 1st chance I get" gear that you start the game with along with your Statless Level 1 Starter "Default" weapon. If they meant the Job Specific Gear you get through the level 45 and 50 job quests they would have said "Artifact Gear" or "AF Gear". In no way is the AF Gear "Starter" Considering for many of us 2.0 newly level caped 50s hitting Pretorium for the first time the AF gear was the best we had. (Unless you were a master crafter or knew one then you could have ilvl70 gear as soon as you hit Level 50)

I'm all for the idea of dyeable starter gear. I personally like the design of the human starter shirt with the single left sleeve design, (though I do prefer the event only Advent Children Cloud outfit that I can't get), but I'm not fond of the white coloring, and with no other options with similar designs available that are dyeable, I'm stuck using the relatively common high level gear for my glamor outfit....

Although we cannot promise if it's possible to add dyeable starting gear, we have relayed the suggestion to the development team for consideration.

    Thanks for your suggestion!

Please let the development team know that dyeable RSE starter gear is something that many people have requested over the last couple of years in various topics in the general discussion forum. If we could dye that gear it would greatly increase it's use through the glamor system later in the game.
