With the exception of outpost Moogles, the OP's ideas are all part of FFXI and have been done before.

I'm sure we will see these things in due time.

Add Mog Houses and Linkshell Halls to the list. Except, make them rental properties and have different styles (think PSN Home).

For example: you could get a basic Mog House (or Linkshell Hall) for 100gil/month, or you could spend up to 100,000gil (or more) per month for a really high-class place.
