My bet is archer/rogue, as no other class up to this point has rogue skills as cross class skills and archer seems obvious in my opinion.
Machinist may very well get an own TP-regeneration skill, while gaining access to goad.
New jobs getting no cross class skills at all seems kind of unlikely too considering that the cross class system would have to be removed from every other job aswell, because the new jobs would miss a whole lot of five skills otherwise, all of which can be VERY useful. It would just be a disadvantage while playing the new jobs, except if SE is capable of somehow compensating it.

Perfect Dodge (dodge 1 attack)
Kiss of the Wasp (+5% dmg)
Mutilate (DoT)
Goad (TP regen)
Jugulate (silence)
Raging Strikes (+20% dmg for 20s)
Hawk's Eye (+20% acc for 20s)
Quelling Strikes (-enmity gain)
Barrage (2 attacks per auto-attack for 10s) <=This needs to be added to cross-class!

Well, this is one of those things where it, literally, requires it's own tp self restore if it doesn't have invigorate. And that is mostly SE's fault. Anyone who's done final as a melee knows how necessary riding invigorate timer is. Even if you have a brd, Paeon is not quite enough. Especially if there's any possibility of Ballad being needed at some point instead. If they go back to how things were in second coil (excluding T8) it can work. But these very long, 100% uptime bosses are punishing on tp. But hey. Who knows what kinds of crazy techniques they have in mind for MCN. We'll have to wait and see.

Oh, also, I dunno if you realize or not, but only 5 of those abilities are actual cross class abilities. Cross class skills from ROG are Goad, Perfect Dodge, and Death Blossom. Blah, honestly doesn't even begin to describe that set.Cross-class skills for Machinist would be:
