Strange disconnects, first from chat then entire game

I've been having a strange disconnect issue for quite some time now, asked before but got no response, figured I'd try again.
It'll start with a disconnect from the chat. I won't receive any incoming chat, and if I try to send a message myself, no one can see it. The game itself still works fine, I can still do everything.
Until I disconnect. Instantly. I get a 90001 and get booted to the main menu, and can instantly log back in cause apparently my character is immediately logged out.
I have never heard of anyone with this issue, was hoping someone could help.
I should note, I live in Belgium (Telenet), and I have absolutely no connectivity issues other than this one.

I've got the exact same issue. Disconnected from chat (nobody can see what I'm writing and I can't see what others have written). This can happen randomly but most times I've gotten it that right after I exited a duty.
When it happens, I can do everything else and some time after it happened (5-10 minutes after), I get booted from the game. The errors I get are usually 90002, but also sometimes 90001.
As a side note, I've got the same provider as the person above me (Telenet in Belgium).
