I keep two palettes for dungeons, one has a marker, riot blade for group pulls with those swapped out for fight or flight and shield swipe for single targets. Because I play on a PS4 with the controller, I had the idea of connecting a cheap usb keyboard to it so I can type in chat.
By keeping all my offensive abilities + minor cooldowns & marker (1) on a single cross bar, and keybinding all my major cooldowns to the Num keypad while keeping them on a vertical hotbar on the side of my screen, allows me to monitor my cooldown timers at a glance, rather than having to switch crossbars to do so. I find this very helpful, especially during progression raiding where your attention to mechanics is required, and your reactivity to the encounter is not yet second-nature
