    Not exactly. In general we'll only be receiving about 5 new abilities each I wager. 52, 54, 56, 58, 60, since they said the new job quests start at 52.
    it's quite a few, but I bet that includes traits so in the end it won't be that many.

    Could have sworn at NicoNico they said it would start at 52 and would be more than 5 new abilities for each job. There were a lot of Japanese viewers who were posting numbers (on the fly-by text) that was something more along the lines of 52 54 55 56 57 59 60. I have a feeling it will be somewhere between 6-8 abilities.
