    I am not sure why this comes up again and again.

    POINT 1 Can you send a tell in dungeon? NO, supposed reason harassment.

    Why would they give you a tool if they don't even trust you with tells?

    I remember when we couldn't have Vote Dismiss or Vote Abandon because people would abuse it... Never mind the fact that this thread has numerous workarounds to such potential harassment.
