I never said rarely, or even implied it anywhere.

You said "situation mocking is not an offense according to ToS". Which would imply exactly what I've stated in the post you quoted. If you misspoke that's fine but mocking and harassment in all forms is typically consequential.

My point is if it is made legal, you will still be able to report people under the circumstance that they are actually harassing you.

That's probably the first I've ever seen that happen since the rule was included in ToS. That being said, alot of people on these boards openly speak about parser-use, DPS as well as post ACT SS's. None have been banned or penalized to my knowledge unless player(s) had a direct problem with it.
