DPS display could easily be solved with a system already in game.

I like this, But only if it was self info.

IE.

When you exit. It rates you vs other without telling you others.

DPS you did X amount of dmg, you took X amount, you ranked 3rd.

Without knowing the other ranks.

This would be enough for some people that are always ranked 7th 8th to go what am I doing wrong and change how they play to better themselves.

How about a sytem where it takes your avg dps per boss fight and instead of just comparing to the other party members it just tells you the avg dps of players of your lvl/job? Because just comparing to the party doesn't mean much if the whole party's garbage.
