DPS display could easily be solved with a system already in game.

I played WOW for years with a DPS meter, and though some had very low DPS, they were given advice on how to improve it, we could look at what attacks they were and weren't using and point out any flaws, and more importantly, it created competition amongst those who played a DPS role to see who could win in what situation.

sure , wow is all about giving advice , fair competition , love , flowers , rainbow and unicorns !
