A little early to ready the blacklist, eh?

Blacklist is full to RMT, but I like facts, truth and transparency. I make better decisions with more facts, that, can help my group succeed. MP is not limitless for a WHM, In a fight that that is close to wiping, knowing that one DPS is so much better than another could be critical, I raise the right one, we win and succeed, the wrong one we wipe. If I know someone is performing at one quarter the capacity as someone else and there is choice to heal/Raise one over the other, healing/raising the better player is the smart move for everyone.
