see with this idea i don't mind it but i understand those who don't want to see it i went and joined a PF for a t10 farm and i was kicked, why? i was told my DPS was to low, now if i left it that i would be called a delicate little flower, but now if i tell you that during that fight i was the charge target nearly every single time, suddenly my low dps makes sense to those with common sense because charge = stun = lost GL3 = perfect balance every 5 mins = getting charged again. being told my dps was low was there only focus when we were pushing phases easily.

now, everyone knows if they could see there number they might and might not, those who think they are the bee's knees and carrying a group may not be as high as they think, while others may take that as a hint to practice and try to do better, or they may be happy with there gear = numbers.

but this is where we come to a issue, if you start issuing everyone numbers then people see themselves above anyone who are slightly lower, we will see PF say ONLY 750 DPS ONLY, what dose this number truly mean. on reddit someone got over 1000 DPS as a black mage in a titan hard mode with 50% echo so already that number becomes useless, training dummies do not have the same defence value's of t13 so thats useless, t13 itself has higher defence but unless you clear it with out echo and your not selected for any and all mechanic which would make it useless the chances of anyone caring for your number becomes insanely low.

TL: DR i think it would be a ok idea, but i do not truly care, others will react ever extremely poorly or extremely happily to this, but the way's to test your numbers are extremely limited as the numbers it gained can be influenced though many anomalies that then invalidate the numbers ultimately making the number system worthless.
