Final Coil Duty Finder Bugges for my Account

Hello, since the last patch my Duty Finder is bugged and I can't queue for any Final Coil turn solo anymore. It still says I need a Full Party to enter the Duty. I have seen on other peoples accounts that this bug doesn't affect them and they can still queue up alone.

I have submitted a ticket, but I didn't get a reply.

This is a picture of my Duty Finder, you can see, that it says I need a Full Party and it doesn't have a ilvl req anymore either. I can still queue up with a Full Party, but I just can't queue up alone anymore.

Does anyone have the same bug, or know how I can fix this?

This is also not only on this char, it's account wide for me. I have an alternative char which can't queue for Final Coil either, even though it's unlocked.
