I like to think that having it rough for tanks would be if a tank queued for a dungeon or raid and all of the dps are Dragoons and Monks.

I may or may not be speaking from personal experience of queuing for a dungeon and the tank complaining that the dps was a Monk and a Dragoon.

Why you all calling for trolling?

The problem is REAL! Those too short queues will literally have us tanks have lot of problems on doing our stuff. It is best then queue pops up, tanks and only tanks have the option to hold timer so we can do whatever we need to. Then, when we done our stuff, we can accept the duty. You underlings dps had wait half hour, so you can wait a couple minute more! And healers, you have almost instapop so if you wait two minutes more, no big deal.

This is quality of life for tanks!

I once queued on tank and had to wait a whole 3 minutes. It was agony. I could barely even finish a single craft. It doesn't pay to be a tank AND a crafter.
