    support notification flashing in top corner cant get rid of it

    i have had this bug before i contact customer support via support desk / report harassment etc and after issue has been resolved i get the notification flashing in the top of the screen. This has happened several times prior as well. The current tickets wont let me close them so it will stop the flashing.

    This problem is on and off depending on what version you are running. The quick fix here is to open the ticket like you normally do then hit Reply then close out all the windows. You don't actually have to send the reply just open the reply window then close it.
