It doesn't get any cheaper than this. It comes with The Witcher 3 too as a nice free game bonus. The Witcher 3 is a game which uses Nvidia GameWorks features which are Nvidia exclusive like PhysX and TXAA, in addition to stuff like HBAO+ (as seen in FFXIV Heavensward Benchmark) and HairWorks which also work on AMD cards.

I would wait a month to see what AMD releases since it might shuffle the standings a bit and cause price drops. The 300 series is due in about a month right around Heavensward or so if they don't decide to delay.

NVIDIA is adding another game to the game bundle for the 970/980. So if you were going to buy Arkham Knight at full price anyways, might be worth it to trade up to a 970 which would come with both Witcher 3 and Arkham Knight codes.
