    GTX 960

Hey everyone I was looking to upgrade to this card as it fits my budget

    http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...A1TSN35NIS24VZ

Was wondering if anyone has this and if so how is it for this game.

To be more clear was wondering fps, heavensworn benchmark test, that fun stuff. I know it will run it.

It's one of the newest cards on the market. Yes, it will work on a game a year and a half old..

It's more than enough for this game.

It will run with 60 FPS on Desktop Max most of the time, might take SLIGHT frame rate hits in really crowded areas, depending on your other components. With the DX 11 client, that is likely to improve because DX 11 handles resources better. I have a GTX 970 and don't think I've ever seen below 50 FPS, even in huge hunts during prime time, just hanging out at the FC, if I use unlimited FPS, it gets into the hundreds.

Running the benchmark in DX9 actually gives higher scores than DX11 IIRC.

That's because there are new graphics features in DX11 unavailable in DX9 which reduce performance like HBAO+

If you use like-for-like settings and benchmark DX9 compared to DX11, you'll find when DX11 is nerfed to look like DX9, scores are higher in DX11 due to improvements in efficiency.

I got extremely high from the benchmark on max settings with a GTX 670 FTW, factory overclocked. CPU is an i7 2600, 12gb RAM.

Hopefully this gives you an idea. If my card isn't holding me back from getting exceptional results, yours surely won't.

    Edit: Added in exact results

get a 970, its the better bang for your buck. the 960 is a 128bit memory bus while the 970 has 256bit. Double the memory bandwidth, which will help with texture loading, processing and spell/skill shader effects immensely.

    analogy:

128bit bus = 2 lanes on the highway

    256bit bus = 4 lanes
