There's also the fact that accuracy requirements go higher and higher as you get to higher content, and so does the accuracy that's provided by gear (maybe). Because of that, you don''t exactly get "more room" to play with stat budgeting, only pray that your upgrades have same accuracy budgeting as your previous one (high acc stat, lower crit/det)
