Jumbo Cactpot ticket disappearing?

I verified I had a jumbo cactpot ticket before going to the Gold Saucer and when I talked to the prize claim lady she stated "Oh you must buy a ticket first". Then when I looked at my Gold Saucer tab, my ticket disappeared. Any explanation for this? Anyone?

Hmm. That happened to me when i went to check my results this week. I just put it down to me forgetting to get one, even though i was sure i did.

You only have one week to claim your ticket, that happens if you miss a week, its to stop ppl holding a ticket until they have a win and trying to claim it, what they do need to do is show when your ticket expires, or remove it from your screen.. I think showing the expiry would be better as then ppl cant complain blah blah my ticket was gone.

had samething just happen to me bought one last friday go to turn it in on tuesday says need to purchase a ticket. just vanished. samething happened to piece of armor had. Just won it from loa and then logged out came out in an hour and it was gone. sent in a ticket and never did heard back from square enix support. There support is very bad. I don't think they give a care about fixing bugs in the game or fixing the mistakes bugs have caused.

Sounds more like you have some one other than you logging in imo. The game's system doesn't have a program that even could just randomly delete items. Even if the GMs roll characters back it has to be done Semi-manually. Might want to check your account security because if some one got into your account that's not SE's fault. (And even if that's not the case it never hurts to re-enforce your security setting now and then)
