"The future never changes..." Sorry, couldn't help it. Anyway, the problem with playing the game using something like the Oculus Rift is that this game wasn't designed to be played in the first person. There's a substantial disconnect, what with how in first person the view is only of what's in front of you and no matter what you do the camera doesn't move when you're performing actions leaving only the HUD to tell you what you just did. With how busy battles can get, that would result in a lot of unnecessary damage that could have been avoided if you, say, had the camera zoomed all the way out. As cool as VR would be, this game would need substantial changes to how the first person camera works before it'd be viable.
