Does instant transportation effect game immersion?

Dude.. The point is, and i re-iterate other players concerns, it is dumbing down the game, whether it's 5 mins or not.
I am not confused. There is obviously multiple aspects to this issue, whether it's immersion or game-balance or whatever else the case may be.

No the point is Dude you are over reacting to a airship ride. This does NOT dumb down anything. Your assuming it will and you are wrong. Read my sig. Its what happens every update and when this update is added you will soon see NOTHING has changed.

Yes so freaking fast your head would of spin. Why? because its only 5 mins. I would like to travel faster but its better then walking. Now if they take out the ship altogether then it would be like how it is now. Which is why SE is ADDING ships and for that matter chocos.

(unless im confused and you mean taking out anima? But if your taking about taking out the insta airship ride no i would not be mad as long as the ride is still there and its MUCH faster then walking. but i would rather skip that damn Boat ride from LL to Ul'dah and so would you. So this time SE is giving us the option. Do not tell SE to not give options. thats silly)

I have read it and its wrong. simple as that. Do not assuming anything talk about what is actually happening and all thats going on is you can skip a CS and travel to city to city without waiting on an airship.
