Not necessarily, hell there a plenty of people making threads about "immersion" and the feeling of realism within the game on the forums at the moment. Some people do play to take in more than just instant warping all over the place. Hell I may be in the minority, but I know in FFXI I used chocobos and the airships just as much as I did teleports
