Does instant transportation effect game immersion?

So many people with their heads up their ass, fast travel is lame and only bads who want to get everywhere in seconds would like fast travel. Screw you guys for taking the fun out of my games

Yes, it's ever so fun to walk from Gridiania to Limsa when someone needs you to help them with something.

I'm pretty sure airships will take like 1 minute, not thirty.

The point was lost awhile ago. I think people are now superficially raising the post count to see how big it'll get. Still, there are bigger threads.
