I was refering to something similar to what dropped in another game I played. They would have, for example, a helm that dropped that had stats for all classes on it. The stats would be better than any ther helm, but since it was only one piece, it wasn't game breaking in any way. It was also quite a rare drop.
The general idea is the same I imagine. Though without details of what you are specifically referring to, a better comparison is kind of floating in limbo.
