This topic is people who want both options vs. people who are too selfish to accept having the option to skip through it, seriously.
If it's about immersion, how about an addition to the ToS that requires everyone to RP? If they speak OOC they are assumed to be possessed and their character is burned at the stake as a witch before being permanently deleted.
But it's not about immersion. It's about choice.
Part of that choice is choosing how much or how little you immerse yourself. For every person who's going to be immersed by idling on an airship, there's another who's going to have their immersion broken by it when they AFK through it to do something else.
