Wolves Den Premades not being matched?

I tried doing a Premade vs Premade match in the Wolves Den, but our teams weren't able to match to each other (or anyone else). We tried the trick of changing our language off of English and queueing, and even then weren't able to match to each other.

The group leaders had similar PvP ranks, and all members ranks were anywhere from 1-14.

Is there anything else that would cause us to not match to each other? I've heard that other groups haven't had much trouble doing this.

We're on the Primal Lamia server.

Did you try to figure out the totals of each team?

Usually you need to a) Get people on the same language and then b) Have both teams be within 7 or 8 of each other in total PvP ranks (so for example, a team of all 40s against a team of all 40s would each add up to 160) but I am not sure how far you can get before the queue is NOT instant.

If the discrepancy between teams is too big, the queue could take a while to pop.
