actually , best results to get the leves you want, is pull ALL the leves in the category you need, and do JUST ONE of them, go back, turn it in, and the max should be available, repeat as often as need till you get the leve you want

it is VERY important you ONLY do one leve and turn it in as soon as it is complete, or you may get more that you dont need often.

this isnt 100% foolproof, but it did speed up getting the ones i needed

actually i just googled it lol since few sites around actually list the specific leve needed to make the 1 u need available its alot easier n saves on leves :P
