Quick napkin math - @ about 245 Piety would give you 1 R3 per minute + 2 additional casts of R3. Over 7 minutes that is 2.5 PPS. Giving you about a 2% increase in damage.

The equivalent secondaries would give about a 3.5-4% increase.
