Sleigh's 2F1P opener is largely the best opener to use in most situations so long as you can get Enkindle and Tridisaster within a Trick Attack window. However, there are situations like in A5 where you will want a Tri-Disaster opener to snapshot as much potency possible as early as possible or to hit a timing where you can do two DWT cycles ASAP. That said, I'm currently using something like http://ffxivrotations.com/4ez for those situations and Sleigh's for everything else. After looking over Shinryu's data, I'm starting to save Swiftcast for entering DWT with a Swift R3+Fester/Tridisaster as my biggest change to either rotation.
