So have aetherflow used right before DWT and use fester as soon as i pop it, use it again right before DWT is done and finish with painflare then use fester for the third time within thirty seconds with bio? that'll keep my cooldowns lined up?

On a single target, without taking into account phase shifts, it's supposed to be enter DWT > Fester > R3 spam > end with R2 > Fester + Deathflare, no Painflare involved, then a Fester sometime when under 10s of Aethertrail remaining. It's loose though, and not a big deal if you don't get two within DWT.
