I believe it was due to Ifrit's attacks being based off WD instead of MD (physical damage)

I think that you would need to record the # of attacks over time in order to properly record the effect of SS for pets. Although Burning Crush and Aerial Slash set to 28s upon use so I wonder if they are effected as well or if it is just a server delay.

The (re)cast times on the pet tooltips do not update to reflect the difference in speed. The time remaining countdown which appears on the icon of the tooltip, however, does correctly reflect it. In any case, the difference is small enough that it's hard to perceive without having both speeds going side-by-side.

Edit:
Just did a quick test, recording at 60fps and counting the frames it takes before the first tick down on the timer.

At 354 (+0) Spell Speed, Wind Blade's recast is 3.0s, Aerial Slash is 30.0s.
At 559 (+205) Spell Speed, Wind Blade's recast is 2.9s, Aerial Slash is 29.03s.
